Broccoli and Cauliflower Recipe for Babies
You can cook these separately but mixing them together makes a great
combination. Save the broccoli stalk for yourself: simply cut off the hard skin and enjoy the sweet center raw or lightly steamed.

3½ ounces broccoli, cut into bite-size florets
3½ ounces cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
1 Put the broccoli and cauliflower in a steamer and steam, covered, over boiling water for 10 minutes until completely soft. Reserve the steam water. If using a blender with a plastic container, let the vegetables cool completely before blending.
2 Transfer the vegetables to a blender and add enough of the reserved steam water to cover them halfway. Blend for 1 minute until smooth. Serve warm, reheating if necessary.
