Carrot Puree Recipe For Baby
You can use vegetables such as peas, zucchini, and unpeeled parsnips and sweet potatoes in this recipe, but you’ll need to watch the cooking times and reduce the time for zucchini (15 minutes) and peas (7 minutes).

6 carrots, unpeeled and chopped
1 Put the carrots in a steamer and steam, covered, over boiling water for 20–25 minutes until completely soft. Reserve the steam water. If using a blender with a plastic container, let the carrots cool completely before blending.
2 Transfer the carrots to a blender and add enough of the reserved steam water to cover them halfway. Blend for 1 minute until smooth. Serve warm, reheating if necessary.
